Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias has sent out a strong message to Ankara, saying he believes instance on maintaining guarantor powers is an excuse to prevent a solution.

Kotzias will be visiting Cyprus from Monday to Wednesday.

In an exclusive interview in Sunday’s edition of Phileleftheros newspaper, Kotzias said more and more of those involved in efforts to solve the Cyprus Problem had realised this would not be possible without dispensing with guarantor powers.
