Charles Ellinas: Hydrocarbon exploitation won’t fund Cyprus solution

The former President of the State Hydrocarbon Company, Charles Ellinas, has revealed to Radio Proto’s Ola sto Fos programme that a Cyprus solution will not be covered by the profit made in the hydrocarbons exploitation. 
In an interview with the radio programme on Thursday, Ellinas said that once the decision is made to exploit the fields, the studies will take two years, bringing the project up to 2019.
