Akinci:Settlement might be nearer than we think

Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci marked the three next months as extremely important for Cyprus talks, adding that his several meetings with President Anastasiades are evidence of progress, especially in the sectors of governance and power sharing.
On the sidelines of a press conference regarding the actions made during the first 100 days of his election to the leadership of the Turkish Cypriot community, Akinci declared that villages, maps and quotas have not been discussed yet, despite what has been reported by the Greek Cypriot media outlets. “We all know that problems are likely to arise if there is a discussion on these topics beforetime,” he said.
