Two weeks after UN-brokered Cyprus negotiations broke down at Crans-Montana, Switzerland, insiders believe nothing substantial will take place before February’s presidential elections.
“Nothing remarkable should be expected to take place before March, actually. If President (Nicos) Anastasiades gets re-elected then talks will probably resume from where they were suspended in Switzerland,” an insider source told The Cyprus Weekly.
